TUESDAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We have our second soup and sweets sale/thesis fundraiser on Tuesday. We need volunteers to:
1. make soup (russel: 2 buckets are taken care of--can we do the other 2 at queen mother?)
2. make sweets (brownies, cookies, samosas--whatever)
2. set up
3. tear down
4. bring supplies
5. work the sale
6. make little recipe books
7. Make signs
Please use comments section to let us know SPECIFICALLY when you can work, and SPECIFICALLY what you can bring. It will be exactly the same set-up as last time. Those who supplied crock pots and utensils, can you do it again? Those who made soup, can you do it again??? Heather M, would you be willing to make recipe booklets again? MAiwenn and Terry, would you be able to make signs again?
The day will begin at 8am, setting up in the main lobby. Those who have thesis at noon could help out until then, and those who have thesis from 8:30-11:20 could come after that. Clean up will take place at around 4pm, and whoever can help is more than welcome :)
Remember: being involved in thesis fundraising is part of being in thesis, and the profs have not-so-subtly let us know that they make note of who contributes and who doesn't..so if you wanna do a good job, you gots to help out!!!! :)

I have to work on Tuesday so I can't stay around after the morning thesis class, but I will bring my crock pot again and get on doing some baking...
I have class at 3, but I'll be there to help out in the beginning... and I'll bake something awesome... and it'll be awesome because it'll be baked with love.

Anyone making soup Monday morn/afternoon? I can help then, prior engagement Monday night.
I will help make soup monday night, I can offer my house, there is some good cutting surface area to shop up lots of stuff. I will also be playing good music! Monday Night 1 soup, 21 Borden, who's in?
I'm in for all soup making activities and working after class (11:30). I think we still have signs from last time???? LEt's meet monday (and this time get everyone to show up!)

Hey if the meeting is at 3 pmish I wont be able to make it :( I'll check the blog on Monday before I leave school, to see if the meeting time has changed.
